Preservation
Archaeology is physical proof of Native Americans existence on this land. It connects us to our past and links us to places that shape our present and future worldviews. Once they are destroyed, they are lost, and we lose that connection to our ancestors. Therefore, it is imperative to avoid, preserve and protect archaeological sites whenever possible. IAM supports and advocates for protection of Traditional Cultural Landscapes, stewarding heritage properties and fostering conservation easements.
Community
IAM Invests in the community. Not only do we hire locally enrolled Tribal members and first descendants. We will also train and hire part time personnel from tribes we are working with. Fostering future protection of cultural resources that extend after completion of a project.
